Articles of Association

The Articles of Association establish the organization of the Inter-professional Organization, as well as the rights and obligations of all the operators involved.

These Articles of Association are governed by the current legislation, which in the case of Provacuno is Organic Law 1/2002 (of 22 March) and which establishes the association called  “ORGANIZACIÓN INTERPROFESIONAL AGROALIMENTARIA DE CARNE DE VACUNO – PROVACUNO” (Agro-food Inter-Professional Organization for the Spanish Beef Industry).

Provacuno is officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Protection, by Order AAA/2501/2014, of 23 December.
